Our luxury Log Cabin
Secluded away in the Nottinghamshire countryside lies the Old Vicarage at Elkesley, a rustic, relaxed and chilled out exclusive tipi venue. Whether you’re looking for a calm, informal wedding with a summer BBQ, a formal wedding, or just something a bit different, we believe that our tipis,yurts or marquees and our quiet, rural location are the perfect choice for your magical day.
The Log Cabin, our Bridal Suite sleeps 6 guests and can be utilized throughout the day at your convenience to freshen up.
The log cabin allows you some time with “just the girls” to savour the anticipation of the day. You won’t be fretting over vendor arrivals or stuck in the mix of guests arriving early. Instead, you’ll be stress-free in your own intimate area, free to enjoy time getting ready with your maids away from the chaos.

Glamping or Glamorous Camping has captured the imagination of couples when looking and planning their wedding. The beauty and peace of a natural world experienced from the comfort of a luxury tent, has a strong appeal to all ages.
The great thing about getting married with us is that you’ve got loads of potential accommodation for your friends and family. Meaning that everyone can enjoy a longer or shorter weekend with you. Without the stress of lengthy accommodation lists, complicated taxi arrangements (no Uber here), or drink drive issues in an area with little public transport (ie there isn’t any).
Our accommodation is ideal for couples, families, or groups of friends wanting to create that festival feel of celebration and spend time together in the great outdoors. Some couples want to make a real time of it – A couple of nights doing something really different. Whatever size of wedding you’re thinking of our accommodation adds to your special day.
We also offer a camping field on site, where you can hire in bell tents for your guests to stay or guests can bring their own tents caravans. All with electric hook ups. We have on site ladies and gents showers and toilets and a children's zip wire and swings.
