The Old Vicarage is an exclusive use tipi wedding venue, offering you the freedom to create your dream wedding. Perfect for your rustic wedding, our stunning tipi wedding venue allows you and your guests to take in the natural beauty of your surroundings whilst celebrating your special and memorable day.
A backdrop of woodland and sky, shimmering stream water and a magical setting. Declaring your love for the rest of your lives in front of family and friends is big stuff!
Our wedding tipi is the star of the show here at The Old Vicarage. It is located in the idyllic Nottinghamshire countryside, set in five acres of woodland within a private site with the river Poulter meandering through. When dusk comes use the pure waters of our stream to float night lights across the river in your own private Festival of Light.

The secluded location is ideal for various events such as weddings, intimate gatherings and also corporate events.
The Star Of The Show
We absolutely love weddings and our Tipi can accommodate all types of styles. Boho, elegant, glamorous, alternative, rustic and much more.
The 3 hat tipis offer a spacious and unique wedding reception experience. Fully equipped with a licensed well stocked bar, dancefloor and stage, twinkly lights, bar chairs, benches and tables and chill out sofas. There is plenty of room for little people to run and play in the play area or stepping stones. We will also light the big firepit at dusk so you can come outside and sit round the fire with a drink, maybe with marshmallows on sticks, all under the stars.
Whether you are looking for small and intimate or large and lavish we can create the perfect day down to every detail. On warm days and evenings the sides can be open to bring the summer in while in the cooler days and evenings you can cosy up inside around the firepit.
We have two toilet and shower blocks, one behind your tipis and the others in the front lawned garden for your guests to use before your guests enter your tipi. We have a disabled access toilet too.
